The ONLY good thing about Las Vegas…

The only good thing about Las Vegas is the hot sun?! Yes the hot sun, but only If you need it. Why would you need scorching heat? Well if you use things like resin for instance the sun and 100-113• degree temps take your curing time from 24-48 hrs and makes it happen in 2 1/2 hrs. Once you collect your newly cured resin items you run back indoors and hide until you choose to make more. The other downside is that you can only use the resin between 2pm and 4pm ( at least that’s when the sun hits my balcony head on).

Featured in the photos are: a big wooden button that I used as a bezel and filled with resin to make a ring and also a few candy filled shapes that have yet to be shaved and cut.
